The Life Center of Hernando Offers Helpful Hints

Knowledge is power

Knowledge is power

Helpful Hints is our way of sharing available resources and their contact information. The Life Center of Hernando has researched a few of those resources.
Some people are already street wise.

Others need services for the first time in their lives.  When The Life Center opened its doors, our first residents knew more about available services in the community than we did. We have learned a lot. In the process, we compiled information that we think others might find useful.

The Life Center of Hernando does not claim the information here is up to date or even accurate. We live in a changing world.  We welcome any additions or corrections.

Over time we hope to add new resources: transportation, weatherproofing, child care, free events and food banks are a few that come to mind. Send your ideas, your testimonies or your frustrations with the system.
